🎯 We aim to tackle delicate matters such as:
- What hinders the improvement of organisational culture?
- Does employees' day-to-day behaviour reflect the stated values and desired image?
- How aligned is the actual culture with the image the organisation conveys externally?
- How do topics like wellbeing and succession come into play?

📊 The survey was originally developed by Dr. Zara Weisel – Associate Professor of Business Psychology with over 20 years of experience, a certified psychologist and associate member of the British Psychological Society. In a recent study involving over 1,000 managers and employees, 37% of participants said the actual culture in their organisation does not fully align with how it is portrayed externally.
Dr. Weisel's findings made us wonder: What is the true nature of organisational culture in companies across Bulgaria and Europe, and how does it impact business needs? That’s why we reached out to her, and we are excited to share that the current LS-S Leadership Support survey builds on her work, expanding the scope to include Bulgaria, Germany, the UK, Romania, and other European countries.
